How to add your corporate Branding

Adding your organization’s branding to Kudos helps personalize the platform and create a more engaging experience for your teams. You can easily replace the default Kudos logo and homepage banner with your own images so the platform feels uniquely yours from the first click.

Admins can update the logo and banner in the Branding section of the admin settings. While logos typically remain consistent, banners can be changed as often as you like, giving you a simple way to celebrate milestones, highlight company events, or reflect the season. You can upload your own custom designs or explore our ready-made options in the Kudos Graphic Library:

Adding a Logo

1. Go to Admin > Account > Branding
2. In the Logo section:
   • Click Upload image
   • Select your logo image
3. Your logo will update immediately across the platform

Note: Logos typically remain consistent, so choose a design that best represents your organization.

Adding a homepage Banner

1. Go to Admin > Account > Branding
2. In the Homepage Banner section:
   • Click Upload image
   • Choose a banner image that highlights your brand, a special occasion, or a company event
3. Your banner will update immediately
4. You can change the banner at any time to keep things fresh and relevant

Note: Banners are designed to be flexible, update them anytime to suit the moment.

Q: Who can update the logo and banner?
A: Only Kudos admins can make changes in the Branding section.

Q: What file types are supported?
A: PNG and JPEG formats work best. Recommended dimensions are 192px X 156px for the logo and 3384px X 573px for the homepage banner, max size for both is 10MB.

Q: Can we change the banner regularly?
A: Yes! Banners are designed to be flexible, update them anytime to suit the current theme or focus.

Q: Will the logo update affect the entire platform?
A: Yes. The logo you upload will appear in the top corner across the platform and in email notifications.

Problem: Image won’t upload

• Make sure the file format is PNG or JPEG
• Check that the file size is within the allowed limit (under 5MB is best)
• Try refreshing your browser or using a different one if issues persist

Problem: Banner looks stretched or blurry

• Choose a high-resolution image with a wide, horizontal layout
• Avoid using small or vertically oriented images that may not scale properly
