Reporting
To measure the success of your High Five for Recognition campaign, admins can take advantage of three key reports in Kudos:

Engagement Activity Report
If your incentive campaign requires claim approval, use this report to validate claims by confirming which employees sent at least 5 recognition messages within the campaign timeframe. This ensures accurate approval and helps you track overall participation progress. -
Incentive Activity Report
This report provides a high-level view of campaign performance, including participation, claim approvals, costs and other key KPIs. It’s the best way to understand how widely the incentive was adopted and identify trends in engagement. -
Recognition Activity Report
For a deeper look at the impact of the campaign, the Recognition Activity report displays every recognition message sent. Admins can review message quality, highlight standout moments, or pull examples to showcase in post-campaign communications. -
Incentive Claims Report (CSV download)
From within the incentive campaign itself, admins can download a CSV file containing all submitted claims. This export provides a quick, consolidated way to view participant details, claim timestamps, proof details and approval statuses.
