With a simple process and flexible options, you can quickly browse, select, and redeem rewards directly from the platform.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the rewards store
- Click on Rewards.
- Choose your rewards store.
Browse and search for rewards
- View your redeemable points in the top left corner.
- Browse reward categories on the left side.
- Use the search bar at the top middle of the screen to find specific rewards.
- Select your country from the dropdown in the top right corner.
- Click Redemption history in the top right to view past redemptions.
Redeem a reward
- Click on the gift card you would like to redeem.
- Select your denomination.
- Click Redeem.
Note: All gift cards are non-refundable.
After you redeem
- Check your email from a confirmation message
- Use the redemption URL provided in the email to access your gift card
- If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folders
