Getting Started
The Engagement by team report helps you compare engagement and recognition performance across teams, departments, locations, and other organizational groups. It brings together key engagement metrics in a side-by-side view, making it easy to identify high-performing teams, uncover areas that may need additional support, and understand how recognition activity differs across your organization.
While the Engagement summary report provides an organization-wide view of engagement trends, the Engagement by team report helps you drill into team-level performance to understand where engagement is strongest and where additional attention may be needed. For manager-specific insights, use the Engagement by manager report to compare engagement across managers and their direct-report teams. Together, these reports help you move from high-level insights to more targeted analysis.
Activation, Participation, and Reach metrics are calculated daily. All other report data is available in real time. Prior to June 29, 2026, Activation, Participation, and Reach metrics were calculated weekly on Mondays, so historical results for these metrics may reflect weekly reporting intervals.
