Getting Started
The Engagement summary report helps you understand how employees are participating in recognition and engagement activities across your organization. It brings together key adoption, participation, recognition, and cultural alignment metrics in a single view, making it easy to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and uncover opportunities to strengthen engagement.
Use this report to monitor recognition activity over time, understand which teams are driving participation, evaluate how company values are being lived, and compare engagement patterns across different groups.
Participation, Reach, and Activation metrics are calculated daily. All other report data is available in real time.
Prior to June 29, 2026, Participation, Reach, and Activation metrics were calculated weekly on Mondays, so historical results for these metrics may reflect weekly reporting intervals.
