Getting Started
Reward stores in Kudos allow employees to redeem their earned points for meaningful rewards such as gift cards, merchandise, experiences, or charitable donations. These stores can be customized to suit different regions, budgets, or campaigns, and users will only see the stores they are eligible for.
Admins can set up multiple reward stores to tailor the reward experience based on geography, cost centers, or seasonal initiatives. Each store includes configurable settings such as point conversion rates, access permissions, and budget monitoring tools.
This article focuses on the reward store options available through our reward partners. If you want to set up your own catalog of custom rewards, see this article for detailed instructions: How to set up and manage a Custom reward store.
