How to manage my Notifications

    Manage Notification Preferences

1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
2. Click on My settings.
3. Click on the Notifications tab.

4. Select how you want to receive notifications by checking the appropriate box (Email, Push or In App)

   Note: If you dismiss or reject your browser’s request to enable push notifications, you will not be able to enable them on the device until you clear the setting from your browser.

Q: Can I change my notification settings anytime? 
A: Yes, you can update your preferences anytime within My settings.

Q: What happens if I block push notifications in my browser? 
A: If you dismiss or reject the browser prompt, you will not be able to enable push notifications until you clear that setting in your browser. 

Q: Do I have to choose just one type of notification?
A: No, you can select multiple options (email, push, in-app) based on works best for you. 

Problem: Im not receiving push notifications

• Check that push notifications are enabled in your browser.
• Make sure you did not dismiss or block the browsers permission request. 
• Clear your browser cookies and re-enable push notifications if needed

Problem: I'm missing email notifications

• Ensure email notifications are enabled. 
• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Add Kudos emails to your safe sender list.

Problem: My in-app notifications aren't showing

• Confirm you have selected In App as a notification option in your settings. 
• Try clearing your browser cache if it continues
• Refresh or log back into Kudos.
