How to setup my Profile

Access your profile information

1. Click your profile icon in the top corner.
2. Select View profile.
3. Once in your Profile page, click on Edit profile.

You can also access this page from My settings and select the Profile tab.

Customize your profile picture

1. Under Profile picture, click Upload image.
2. Select an image from your device. 

Profile pictures support PNG and JPG files up to 10MB.

Customize your profile banner

Your profile displays your organization’s Home page banner by default. You can replace it with your own banner to personalize your profile.

1. Under Profile banner, click Upload image.
2. Select an image from your device. 

Banner images support PNG and JPG files up to 10MB. The recommended dimensions are 3384px x 573px.

Add or update your profile bio

Use your bio to tell colleagues a little more about yourself, such as your role, interests, hobbies, or a fun fact.

1. Under Profile bio, enter your bio in the text box. Your bio can be up to 400 characters long.
2. Click Save.

Update your preferred name, language, and timezone

You can personalize each of these as you prefer. Simply update the required fields or select from the dropdown options, and click Save.

• Keep your bio short and authentic. Share a few details that help colleagues get to know you.
• Keep your time zone updated, especially when travelling or working remotely.

Q: What happens if I don’t upload my own profile banner?
A: Your profile will display your organization’s Home page banner by default.

Q: What can I include in my profile bio?
A: You can share up to 400 characters about yourself, such as your role, interests, hobbies, or a fun fact.

Q: Do I need to update my profile regularly?
A: It’s a good idea to review your profile occasionally, especially when your personal information or preferences change.

Problem: I can’t upload my profile picture or banner

• Make sure your image is a PNG or JPG.
• Check that the file is no larger than 10MB.
• Try uploading from a different browser if the issue continues.

Problem: My timezone is showing incorrectly

• Verify you selected the correct timezone from the dropdown.
• Save your changes before leaving the page.
• Log out and back in to refresh your settings.
